Sells defective products and once they have your money good luck in getting any customer service. Once they have your money you can not get a refund even if the products are defective. So bad, even there delivery guys tells the customer that they are told to lied to get the customer to accept the defective goods but they know better and refused to lied for the company. ...read more

Read all the reviews before shopping here, this place does not care about customers. Lisa is one hostile and nasty woman. Everything people say about this place is true. Now i know why their store was empty on black Friday weekend. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I support local business but this place is not local. No aloha spirit! They must be haole owners. East coast type attitude. Anywayz I found most of their stuff on amazon cheaper. Or go somewhere else that doesn't have contracts, sketchy sales people and will take things back. Lots of places on island with better prices and items who actually treat you good. On July 30th I contracted Ed Patterson to reupholster my furniture and paid him a $400 deposit in advance of his service. He said that it would take a couple of weeks to order the material I chose since it was coming from the mainland and told me that he would call on or about the 15h of August. On that day I tried to make contact by calling the number he gave me and learned that the phone was disconnected along with his web site. I, then called his company but only a recording came on telling me to leave my number. In desperation since I paid $400.00 I called "Service Magic' and learned that Ed had changed his cell number but never bothered to call to let us know. Service Magic connected me to his new and I spoke to him briefly about this matter and was told he would call back. Unfortunately I haven't heard from him despite many the calls to his office and his cell. I do believe that this is very UNPROFESSIONAL! on his part.
