EXCELLENT, super, outstanding service by Honolulu Ford. My 2016 Escape was recently serviced and, as always, my salute to Kyle Piercy for a wonderful job. He always explain the scope of service and after the service he takes time to explain again the result of the service and provides helpful advises. I also appreciate the hospitable and courteous Edith Kahele, the driver of the courtesy shuttle, and last but not least, I am very thankful with the customer-friendly atmosphere at the Honolulu Ford Service counter where Larraine Tugade (sorry if I mispelled her firstname) interacts with satisfied customers like me. ...read more
