I took my vehicle in to receive a standard oil change. I was informed that it would only take around an hour in a half or two. Well after almost three hours of waiting in the shop, I finally stood up to ask what the status of my vehicle was. Another 15 minutes later of waiting, I found out that they did not even start on my car. It was still where I parked it and had not been touched. So...I asked them for my keys back and left. Later in the afternoon, I received a call from the manager apologizing for the incident as he noticed there was a note on my paperwork. I was offered the equivalent of a 30% discount on my oil change if I wanted to come back the next day as they appreciate my business. Unfortunately, I do not have time to wait around another few hours to be ignored, so I will be taking my car to another shop for this and any future work. ...read more
