Maybe it was just luck of the draw with the bad service I got with them. But I gave them my rings to repair because they were really good to me in the mainland. This one just wasn't good at all! I gave them my rings to fix and they were supposed to call me in three days with an estimate but with how busy I was I never had my receipt with me everytime I thought to call them. Finally TEN days later I called them and they told me the estimate and fine what ever it was a reasonable price so I had them fix it and I was told it wouldn't take more than 5 days but another TEN days go by and they are done....and AGAIN it took me calling THEM to figure that out!!!
