Why be in business if you hate your customers?
Some of the rudest people I have encountered.
Furthermore, I needed to talk to someone to ask a simple question, when I called at 9:25 am, Peggy answered and before I could ask my question, she cut me off and let me know that she was too busy getting the store ready to open at 9:30 to answer my question. Why would you answer the phone to speak with a customer if your are going to gripe and complain to the customer that you are too busy to answer a simple question? I don't need to know about setting up your register and having to open the door to let employees in, I just want to know if you have a large stock of the fabric I need! If customers are such an annoyance to you, the good news is that you won't have to worry about it for long because they will just go away. I know I did.
