Goodwill Amsterdam - Needs Improvement
I have been to many Goodwill stores all across the country and the Amsterdam store is over-priced. The management and staff need better training in customer service and the store could use a good cleaning and makeover. I will be calling headquarters to voice my concerns.

This store is rather pricey...I have been to the one in Glenville and others all over the US....This manager must think he/she is managing the Ritz Carleton...!!! Usually the pricing is very reasonable to encourage business...This is probably not due to locationj.
