This is the worst consulting company in the world - they get a 0, they try to take over %50 of the bill rate and treat everyone like they are trash. They do not even have 50 consultants on billing. You need to beg for a review and if you don't you will NEVER get a raise. The company is going to the bottem fast and everyone can see why. If you are a developer and looking for a good company this is not it. They will try to tell you they will transfer the H1 and apply for a GC but that is the only thing they will do.
