Horrible Place to shop!! Stay Away!!!

Shopping there was the WORST experience ever. I get there at 7:15pm they said they were closing at 7:30pm. Two Koreans and a black man standing at the door asking me what did I want because they were about to close. So I asked, "What time are you closing?" One Korean answered, "We close at 7:30pm" So I responded, "Well its not quite 7:30pm yet, So why am I being interrogated on what I need to buy?" He says, "Cause we about to close, are you paying with cash? Do you have the money?" I could not believe this service. It was Horrible. Is this how they treat "Paying" customers? All I wanted was curly braiding hair. They told me to go look for it fast. It was so many selections, I couldn't find it quick enough. Then one of them pointed to an afro and said to get that. I was shocked. Then another Korean said buy some track hair, then cut the hair off the track. I said "NO!!! I want curly braiding hair, do you have it or not?" They started pacing around looking really fast. I have never felt so much pressure while shooping for something as simple as curly braiding hair. One man says, "You have to think of us, we want to close." I responded, " Well maybe you should think of the customer who just got off work at 6pm, then drove 30 minutes over here to spend money in your store." I have never in my whole entire life felt soooo dispected. They have No idea how to treat customers who spend money in their stores. What makes matter worse, by the time I stormed out after feeling talked to like trash. It was on 7:27pm. Whoever is considering shopping there. Please find another store that appreciates their customers that shop there. They treat all black people bad. They make money from black people and treat them like trash. Gina's Beauty supply in Mount Vernon should shut down. Also to add insult to injury, when I made a point to the owner that I felt so rushed and feel like I was mistreated in the way I was being spoke to. He says, well we usually close at 7pm. I said, " Maybe your employee was misinformed or telling a lie, because he said you close at 7:30pm." He responded, " I am telling you what time we close, all you want to do is talk!" At that point I realized I was dealing with a very ignorant person, who didnt have a clue how to treat people in general. What a shame. He should be accountable for this type of behavior and treat customers with respect and appreciation, instead of finding excuses for attacking the customer when a complaint is being made. It should have been a learning experience for next time. I've shopped there for sveral months now, and would witness them being argumentive with customers, but it wasn't until this event took place that I understood first hand. I recommend that every NOT shop there, but find another beauty supply store. Don't patronize them. Avoid them at all cost. They must learn how to treat customers. I'm sorry for the other customers who deserve better.
