If I could give them less I would. I would never have them deliver a dumpster to my home. They delivered a dumpster to my home while I was not here to sign the waiver. My GC signed the waiver for the first dumpster to be delivered - the second was a verbal ok. The second driver dropped his tires OFF the driveway and cracked my driveway and trenched my yard. The waiver is supposed to cover damage to the driveway if they damage it while on the driveway while making a delivery. However if they manage to have a driver who can't stay on the driveway and still manage to damage your driveway - they say they are still not liable. We will see what our attorneys say about that. The owner would not even send me a copy of the waiver - he said I would have to contact his attorney of which he only had the name and not the phone number. When I called back to get his title - he wouldn't talk to me he hid behind his receptionist :) I do not recommend them to anyone! ...read more
