Lot rent there is now 300 amonth and the services there stink I would not rent from this park especially if you have children and want them to get sick from all the midew in their trailers and the really bad smell of a sewar leak all the tests this trailer park needs to be shut down and toar down it is nasty as hell I mean nasty as hell it is a health problem do not move here or you and your children will be sick all the time ...read more

This mobile he park is no good I would not rent or buy a mobile home from them their sevices stink and they will sell you a trailer that has mildew all through their trailers and they will lie and say you owe back rent just to get the trailer back and then rent it to someone else just to do the same thing to them their warter is off more tes then it is on the garbage is sapose to be included but you have to walk about a mile to the dumpster to dump the trash and the trailer park reeks of human fises from a bad sewar leak in the trailer park so if I was you stay clear of this mobile home park it is nasty and unfit ...read more
