About Waresboro, GA
Waresboro is an unincorporated community in Ware County, Georgia. It is part of the Waycross Micropolitan Statistical Area. The Thomas Hillard House in Waresboro is the oldest regular house in Ware County. Louise Mock of the Okeenfenokee Heritage Center donated it. The home is the only one in the county, which is of the old Wiliamsbur style of architecture and has great historic value. Local businesses include Rouse Grocery and in the nearby town of Douglas; Ardyss International.
