This is my third car purchase with Heritage Volkswagen. I hate buying cars - I'd rather avoid it at all costs - but Heritage makes me feel comfortable. I've dealt with Amr Hallaba in the past, and as long as he continues to be at Heritage, I will keep buying cars there and nowhere else. They are offering a great product, they always make me feel like a valuable customer, they offer great service support after the sale, and above all, they don't seem like the negative stereotype of ""car salesman"". As someone who loved my first car and was only interested in trading for a new one if it made financial sense (in fact, I loved my car so much that I bought the newer version of EXACTLY the same car), Chris Kehm seemed more like a trusted consultant than a salesman. Everything was termed from a standpoint of ""if it makes financial sense for you"" and not trying to push me toward the purchase. It left me feeling comfortable, which in turn, made me much more open to doing business with them. I had an excellent experience with Toyota of Union City!!! the customer service was wonderful and they answer all my questions. I did not feel like I was being rushed to buy a car they really took the time to get me in what I wanted and liked. This is the worst toyota dealership I ever been so far. Most of them are not helpful at all. The price the offer is way HIGHER than other dealership. Mr. Fernando (the director and finance) and Mr. Greg (sales representative) were the only helpful people in the dealership. I personally think that the Managers, especially MR. MICHAEL SAIZ need to take some leardership class and commmunication skills. How could a manager be so rude and act so unprofessional while dealing with a customer? Remember, you are in the field of business that you have to make a sale. The attitude that he showed us was unacceptable.
