Eager to get your money, but after they have it, good luck getting any more service out of them... My sod was loaded with weeds and it took me about 3.5 weeks to get a response from them. Then the feedback was: "Well, we can mail you some weed killer..." I got 12 pallets of zoysia, and over a third of it was overrun with weeds after 3 wks (and I had excellent ground prep.) BOTTOM LINE: You'll probably save some money if you are willing to be patient. Some of the sod will be decent quality, but be ready to pay someone else to come in and get rid of the weeds.
