Ordered daughter's Christmas present from this company. Never received. Customer Service if NON - EXISTENT, only "India " answering machine that NEVER returns your calls. 800 number that is listed is not in service. Also email @cs@hosmith.com is also never responded to my requests. RUN THE OTHER WAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, BEFORE YOU TOO ARE TAKEN!!! ...read more
