Our air conditioner went out and we had one company came out for an estimate for a faulty fan motor and capacitors, gave us a quote for over $1000.00 dollars to replace it. Contacted Top Notch Home Services and they gave us for one third of the other company price, they came out the next day early and replaced all parts. Their service was efficient and the price was very reasonable.
