As an author who got trapped into dishing out tons of money to this company and not getting the service I paid for, I can honestly say that was truly a learning experience. They are very quick to take your money and take advantage of new and aspiring authors. They took my money. I never heard back from the editor. then I was told that the editor quit and someone else was working on my book. Then that took months. I contacted them and was told by the owner that I had changed my email address and they didn't have the new one. That was their excuse for months of delay. Another lie. Then when I got it back, I hated it! The editing sucked. Then she apologized and stated that she was hire-ring another editor because the one that quit was "Horrible." in her own words. It was a total nightmare. Then she promised some stuff free and later reneged on her promises. When I confronted her about the POOR service, she basically told me I can go to hell.
