Our initial meeting with Verminators went well and we really liked Katy and her crew, however, things went downhill from there. At around $6 a foot for steel chicken wire, we had a $1500 bill. This was supposed to include attic cleanup/restoration as well as a recheck for baby squirrels one week after the roof line was rodent proofed. Katy made an appointment for Wed. of the following week. She never showed up and never called. It took two weeks of calling to get in touch with anyone. I never got an apology for the poor customer service-just excuses. I was told that because we were not in the local Snellville area, it might be a couple of weeks before they could get back down to Peachtree City. Funny how they got here plenty fast to take my $1500 check! We finally had them come out two more times, to fix where the flying squirrels were still gaining access to the attic, but not before I had to take down this review. ...read more

I give this business zero stars. They are liars. They convinced us to pay them a huge chunk of money. They claim that they can get rid of squirels so since I was having problems with them I went ahead and spent money I did not really have so I would not get further damage to my house. The squirels were gone for a week tops and then they came back. The company then convinced me to get my attic cleaned by them so I payed even more of my hard earned money to them. The squirels are still there and I have called them numerous times from July-Oct leaving message after message for them to come and fix the problem. So far they have ignored me. So yep I'm not happy. Do not waste your money with this company. And Verminators...if you are reading this because I'm going to post it everywhere that you realize hmmm maybe I should call her back afterall.... ...read more
