I just spoke with WASTE PRO, they bought out A-Z about a year ago, and was told our pickup day was changed from Thurs to Wednesday, that's why no pickup last Thurs. Don't know if anyone else Missed that but on our street, no one got it and no one got trash pickup. Hopefully, they will pick up tomorrow as promised. ...read more

These guys are terrible. They missed our trash pickup last Thursday because it was a holiday (new years day). They were supposed to pick the following day and they never did. It is now almost a week later and we have 2 weeks of trash sitting outside our house. Worse yet, I have tried to call them to report this but nobody has answered the phones on either Monday or Tuesday (after at least 50 rings). ...read more
