I absolutely love the doctors here. Dr. Derosa in particular. However, the staff is ridiculous. They are extremely superficial and uncharismatic. I felt like I was back in gradeschool while getting my eye exam done!! Office needs a whole new staff or some serious training! if they want to stay in business.
