I have been seeing Dr Fine for over 10 years. She is the only OB doctor I've seen since moving to Atlanta. I have nothing but high praise for her. My son was seen by the audiologist 6 weeks ago for a specific reason. I called ahead and was told the fee would be $45. I said I would send a check and she immediately told me it would be run as an electronic check. I said that would be fine. My son called me on the way home and said he would have a credit on his account there because they had run the check for $70.00. HIs visit there was a one time thing andmore than likely, he will not need to be seen there again.I promptly called the office. I left a message on the voice mail of the billing manager, explained the reason for my call and hung up. She tried to reach me several times, I tried to return her call and then just sent an email with yet another explanation as to what I needed. On Dec. 22, she sent me an email telling me that my refund check was being processed and would be mailed. \t\nToday is January 19 and I still have not received this check.\t\nThis experience has certainly left a bad taste in my mouth and , if and when I need an ENT physician, I will definitely look elsewhere! ...read more

I have been seen at this office i dont know how many times but.... Rich saved me from a certain death when my heart stopped in their parking lot. he found me in my car and got me inside the office when they werent even open yet... the man jogs to work... he didnt even know i was one of their regular patients. I only stopped there for help. The office never billed my insurance co.
