They don't even deserve one star! I have called and left them about 5 voicemails to please call me back and I have yet to hear a word back from them. They come up with bogus excuses to deny your application even after all steps are taken for them to approve you. It's just a scam to get your non-refundable $35 application fee. Unless you feel like throwing away your money and wasting your time, don't use them at all!!! I am not the only one who has had this experience with them. I have several friends that have tried to rent thru them and the same thing happened. Scam artists all the way!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!! ...read more

washer was occupied so we waited until there were two available. When we returned, however, to move our laundry from the washers to the dryers, We walked in on another resident removing OUR CLOTHES from the washer and throwing them on the table because he didn't want to be patient and wait like we had to. The rent is nearly 700$ for a one bedroom apartment (and I am not spoiled by no means, a very humble person), but I feel as though I am living in a closet. Very tiny, and not worth the money. The roof in the bathroom leaks water because the people above us apparently either have a leaky shower head, or they continuously let their baths overflow. I do not feel safe here, I am never here alone. Parking is a nightmare because many residents have unauthorized vehicles frequently occupying spaces, and I often have to park on the other side of the complex. The staff is not as friendly as the reviews on the edgewater trace website claim. Beware. Do your research. ...read more
