I ordered furniture from Signature Furniture on 3/1/2011 via credit. I was advised that it would take 15 business days for the furniture to be delivered. I received a call on 3/21/11 from an employee named Phillip Armstrong and was advised that the furniture would be delivered the next day on 3/22/11 between the hours of 1300-1800. After sitting at home per the request of Signature Furniture awaiting delivery, I received a call at 5:1o p.m. notifying me that the manufacturer delivered the wrong furniture to the store. I was informed by Mr. Armstrong that the furniture would be reordered and to allow an additional 15 business days for delivery. The next day, 3/23/11 at 3:25 p.m. I received another phone call from Mr. Armstrong telling me that the furniture had been discontinued and that I could come back to the store and pick out something else.
