HORRIBLE!!! By far the worst group of people I have ever delt with. Was refused a copy of the bill or proof of owing the bill, just pay the bill because you owe it. When I asked for some proof of the bill, she said that they had sent the legal limit regard by law. She hung up on me . I have NEVER had anyone talk to me when I am the customer in that tone & manner. I will file an Complaint with the BBB. Hope they can do something about them. I will check into what legal routes I can use since they refuse to provide proof of the bill if they try to take legal action against me. This company has the worst practices that I have ever encountered. They lied to me, several times, degraded me, were condescending and rude on the phone and all of this after I told them I had no issue paying the bill. I cannot believe that a company can treat people this way! They promised that if I made payment arrangements it would not go on my credit; THEY LIED. They reported me right away and now refuse to remove it even though I was making the payments as agreed! DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY! ...read more
