The folks at Real Escapes are very nice and the rental process is simple and straightforward. My only advice would be to go ahead and add the extra $75 "excessive" cleaning fee to your budget as it is a total scam. You will get nailed with it no matter what. We were charged for sand in the house and some pet hair (we already paid the $50 pet fee). If you are staying at a beach house, wouldn't you expect to leave a bit of sand around?
