I live in Savannah and needed immediate service for my parent's heater and called the office Thursday at 4:40pm. Kelly answered the phone with an understanding voice and scheduled an appointment for early Friday morning. Her professionalism provided me comfort as she understood the urgency of my call concerning my elderly parents.
