Stay away from this heating and air business. Very dishonest replaces parts that donot need to be replaced and the unit runs a day or two? Does not return calls, Try's to keep teeling you that other parts that donot need to be replaced are bad. The worst most dishonest company I have ever come across!!! I bought a Tappan heat pump and furnace from these guys in '09. Less than 16 months later (on a Saturday morning) the furnace failed. They never returned any of my calls to this day (6 months later still waiting) I purchased a 10 year parts and labor warranty at the time of my furnance/heat-pump install which phillips registered as labor only with the exteneded warranty. I finally got ahold of another company in S. Carolina and he came out on Sunday to fix it. Only to have the extended warratnty give him the run around. I finally paid the guy out of pocket. Still have not heard from Phillips . will be contacting the BBB shortly. Spend a couple extra hundered dollars and buy from an honest company who will stand behind their product.
