When I went to Dahn Yoga I was at first amazed at how peaceful the studio is. I felt so relaxed just sitting in the lobby. So far the classes have been great. It's not as serious as other yoga classes. The instructors make the classes challenging but fun. Also you receive a lot of personal attention from the instructors in weekly private checkups. I've tried other styles yoga and this one seems to be more of a gentle type of yoga very relaxing more focused on healing the body and mind. I do release a good amount of stress when I take the class. Its great to take a class after a long stressful day of work. ...read more
