I took car in for estimate and was told to sign a form so "they could put their hands on car to do estimate." We left car and did not hear from them for a week. I called to tell them we were picking up car to get a 2nd estimate. They told us the bumper was off as well as a headlight removed and they would not put it back together for us because we signed a paper giving them permission to fix car. If this was case, why was it not being worked on already. We had to go ahead and let them work on the car. The car was still not fixed properly when they called and said it was finished.
