Staff was very friendly! Went in on Saturday for a diagnostic and the guy informed me they had a lot of cars ahead of me and I'd be waiting for a very long time. He set me up an appointment for the next morning. The wait was an average wait time I'd say. However they told me the noise was coming from my ac compressor. (Very costly part and labor!) Ordered a new part offline but had another mechanic to install. After all was said and done, and with a lot of money invested, my car is still making the same noise. I contacted Goodyear, explained the situation and they are in the process of refunding me my money. I gave them two stars for their customer service. ...read more
