This attorney convinced my aunt in her last stages of cancer that he would act as the executor of her estate, wrote her will LISTING himself as the executor and then she died and he declined. He ran for DA this past winter, left the estate in a mess, now my nephew is the executor and has no idea what he is doing. John Geiger turned the case over to another attorney in January, FIVE MONTHS after my aunt died and NOTHING has been done to settle this estate. My nephew has everything in a mess, is required BY LAW to give me an accounting of what is going on when I ask and does not do it. When I've contacted Mr. Geiger to request the name and phone # of the new attorney to whom he turned this matter over to, he will not return my calls. I am planning on filing a grievance with the BAR association against this law firm. ...read more
