We just finished the second phase of a whole house remodel. Thus far we have done the family room then kitchen, dinning and living rooms to include the stairs up to the bedrooms. All trim, 6" crown and base, fluted door and window casing with accent medallions and pedestals at the doors is stained red oak, sanded between coats of stain and polyurethane. All interior doors are stained pine to match the oak in coloring. It is beautiful!! Family room has 16" tile flooring while the main area has 5" hickory. Kitchen now has new red oak cabinets and stainless steel appliances. We have also installed an oak desk/work station in the sun room for home office use. I'll do my best to include pics. ...read more
