Horrible customer service. I was told on Saturday that I would have a quote for repair by Monday on my mower and a week later - no quote. When I called and said that I needed a quote, I was told "well there's a sign right in front of your face that says it will be two weeks". When I said "Is that how you properly respond to a customer?", I was told "well, is that the way you talk to someone who you want to fix your mower".
