I have been going there for many years and I never had problems with the dentists. All of them were great and the last one I had was fantastic. I will stay with her for as long as she is there.\t\n\t\nThe Payment lady however!! is never there, she is either sick or on vacation. I wish that non of you ever have to deal with her. I did talk to her once, waited 10 minutes before she picked up the phone, she told me she will take care of my payment and after two weeks my problem was still not taken care of (She did not even note anywhere on my account that I have new insurance). \t\n\t\nI just want to pay a bill which was now 2 months old! I called after a month of receiving the bill, it was still not paid, the payment lady was on vacation, I asked someone else to help me, they said they will put it on the lady's desk but after another 1.5 it was still not even send out to the insurance. No body wants to send my bill to be paid but I bet she will be the first one to send me to the collection for a non payment.\t\n\t\nI find this lady unprofessional. She either ignores my call and does not write down anything I said or she is not there. Making a Payment should not be so hard.\t\n\t\nI do like all the dentists that work at this office (I already had 4 different once since I was a teenager) but dealing with this lady has totally ruined my experience with this office.\t\n\t\n \t\n\t\n ...read more
