We hired Jeff Stone with Party Unlimited. He took the deposit then told us to pay the rest to Jim Firth with Direct Entertainment. We were supposed to have a husband/wife team, got some guy instead. He was a complete amature. There professional editor amazingly was sick or having surgery. The editing was a joke. The are not a local company, this address is bogus. It's a po box at a UPS store and Jim is in NY in the Buffalo area. They still refuse to give us a full refund. They claim they would use our video as a demo but i sure don't see it on their website. ha! Some guy claiming he was the owner of direct entertainment even tried to bully me into believing Jim wasn't affiliated with them. but everywhere online Jim's name pops up as the contact for the company.
