After months and months of dealing with this company on my new build, I still have many issues unresolved. They stopped responding to my calls, my BBB complaint, and have not warrantied any of their poor work. My garage door opener was installed with the improper hardware and fell from the ceiling. In addition, my master shower door pulled out of the tile wall within three months of use and the shower door binds. I have been without my shower for three weeks now and am going to have to pay someone to come and fix it. I had to pay someone to repair my garage door opener already so that we could get in/out of my garage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I prefer to go to Macon Discount Building Materials for any home improvement project that I work on. I am an independent contractor, handyman of sorts and instead of going to Lowes or Home Depot, I have found that Macon Discount Bldg. Materials has the same product that I am usually needing at a better price. The employees are knowledgeable and the owner, Scott, seems to always be there to help out.
