A very rude and very hateful sleep study technician works for these folks. His name is John and he works at the Eastman Hospital location. He does not greet you. You hear your name called and he points to the direction of the hall and says very sternly, "that way". If you're like me, someone who dislikes rudeness and rude people, it all goes downhill from there as his attitude continues to grow more hostile. He has the worst attitude of anyone I have ever met in a hospital. I walked out before the sleep study began. I can only hope that the other employees who work there are not as hostile and hateful. If I could give them no stars I would stay away from this center if you care about your loved ones. My father was there and he was given drugs by the psychatrist and had to be taken to rushed to er with medical problems and my family nor my father has been seen again by this doctor even though he had some adverse reactions to the medicine.
