I will never go back to Lens crafter after being a client for four years. The staff is rude, they don't give you much information then get smart when you try and ask questions. They lost my prescription then said it was my responsibility to keep up with it, which I would have if someone would have told me that they don't keep track of prescriptions. which makes no sense because how would the doctor know if your vision worsen if he or she doesn't know what they gave you the previous year.
