Needed weekend service for my water heater. Called the main number. Was given a very reasonal 'weekend' price for the initial service. A technician, Brian Jordan, contacted me shortly thereafter. When he arrived, he was polite and courteously. He completed the work quickly and provided me with some very good information for future issues/concerns regarding my water heater.
