My girlfriend and I stopped in last week with my laptop. They told me (the fat guy) that it was shot. The old guy working their may have dementia. We decided to get another opinion. I think they are great. They answer the phone! I have bought 1 used laptop from them which works perfect, and they set down with me for 15 minutes explaining certain details to me. Try and get that from someplace! I used their LayAway services. No interest. I don't know anyone who still uses unlimited-no finance charges on LayAway. I like how they treat everyone, and really care about doing a good job for you. All the prices are marked on each computer. Sure some of the computers are used, how else do you think they sell them so cheap! (think about it) They will even buy or trade with you if your short on money. My vote to PDG Computers! ...read more

I am an older lady that stopped in with a laptop. The 2 men behind the counter told me that my motherboard was no good, and that it would cost $200 to fix it.I went up the street to PDG Computers for a diagnostic that cost me $29. It seems that I disabled one of my settings on my laptop inadvertently which ther corrected.Nothing was wrong with my motherboard other than 2 guys were ripping off a senior citizen!Go to PDG Computers! ...read more

I am sad to see that some people have had bad experiences with PDG. I have purchased one computer there, had one repair there, and purchased accessories, cords, etc. from them. Each time they were very knowledgeable and kind. Maybe the staff has changed since I have been here in GA (two years) because I have NEVER experienced rude or unprofessional people, and I would be the first to say if I had. I recommend them for repairs, and purchases. I have never dropped a computer off for disposal, so I don't know about their practices with that. ...read more

By PDG Computers Is A Joke

It's a shame they have to fake reviews about themselves to make it seem like they are a great company. Years ago, they sold computers to an unknown person in Africa who used stolen credit card numbers even though they were warned. Now the news of Bin Laden having computers? Makes you wonder how many were supplied by this company. They treat customers badly. They overprice for subpar *used* products that were given to them for free. Support the US and the troops! Do not support people who put money over everything that will help terrorist for the almighty dollar. ...read more

I am a single mother and not very computer savvy. I stopped in last week and was greeted by the first female tech I have ever met. Her name is Jennifer. Jennifer asked be what my budget was, helped me in selecting the computer, explained in detail what a hard drive was, and told me to call her on her cell if I had a problem after hours!! I am telling all my friends about there $99 specials!! Thanks PDG Computers. ...read more

I stopped in and had the most pleasurable time. I could not believe that "oldfashioned" customer service still existed! I was greeted by 3 different employees, had my hand shaked and was offered candy! They all took their time to explain in detail my questions, and carried my purchase out to the car. It is a return to CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Also the cheapest prices in town!!!!! ...read more

Service? Excellent Service Repair. All locations repair computers/laptops with reasonably priced repair charges. Residential and buisness clients can usually expect two day repair service. Reasonably Priced? Yea right, everytime I call you guys your prices are marked up 200%. I wanted some memory any was quoted 100.00 just for the memory. Hell walmart has the same memory for 37.00. You guys are a joke!!! I will make sure and not recommend your services. I repair computers in loganville and was looking for a supplier for my parts but you guys wont be it.The man who I talked to in loganvile told me I'd better type in my credit card info as fast as I could on the Walmart site and get there Memory for 37.00 How unprofessional is that!!!!! ...read more

We bought a refurbished tower for $475.00 02-08\t\n\t\nThe 03-08 the computer had a virus. I dropped the tower off. I confirmed the price and authorized Donna to fix it. I went back a few days later! Tthey didn?t fix it, stating that there was no authorization! \t\nSo, after another couple of days??.We paid another $125.00. \t\n\t\n11-08 another virus, the ?AnitSpam virus?, Icalled and spoke to Jason. bring it in. Well, I could not get it there 12/23. they neded to erease the hard drive, I told him that I wanted the manger to call me. So, Jason called me & I instructed him to fix it & I would be come get it when it was finished. \t\nI called them and told them that I would be picking it up on by Friday 01-23. That night I had a family emergency so I called them and told them I would be there first thing in the morning. The man on the phone told me 9am is when they opened.\t\n\t\nSaturday at 9 am, I arrived at PDQ. No one was there. After about 20 minutes, someone showed up. I went inside and explained that I was there to pick up my tower, gave him my name. When he brought my tower back up front, he said they did not do anything to it. I told him that I authorized it with Jason. I asked him who is was, and he said Jason, the Store Manager! What an Idiot! He acted as if it was no big deal, and carried my tower to my car. He showed no emotion, no concern and absolutely any Customer Service!!!!!\t\nHe was very rude. I was not happy, and he did not care. He is the store manager; he needed to address my problem. I have paid $734 and was ready to pay another $159.00 for a refurbished tower. No, they did nothing. NOTHING! They had my tower for over a month, they had my authorization to erase the hard drive; they called me weekly asking when I was going to be picking it up. \t\n\t\nLoganville location is the most unprofessional, arrogant staff that I have ever dealt with. We will never use them again and make sure no one we know will either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\t\n ...read more
