The lens crafter's in stone crest had a nice selection of glasses but they were rather pricey. The customer service however, was very poor. The people who wait on you after your eye exam are not very nice especially a lady named Morgan. She was very rude and snappy because of her I do not ever want to use lens crafter's again. The last thing is Do Not Expect Same Day Service!!!!! They tell you that to get in the door but its not true. The overall experience was poor. ...read more

They opened at 10 and the lady walks up the stairs at 9:57. That's not a way to conduct business. I have been waiting and sitting since 10:00 and still haven't seen anyone. Very frustrating and waisting time that I need. ...read more

Not only is the advertisement per the 2 pairs of glasses for $69 misleading, as i spent well over $300, i have been out of work one week as of today waiting for the location to provide me with my glasses.
