Horrible customer service, rude, will sell you a lemon, will repo if you are one day late, over charge for cars with a lot of miles and that need a lot of work. My boyfriend bought a 2003 Tahoe from them and put down $3,000 at time of purchase 4/25. He paid them another $600.00 on 5/9. His regular payment was due on 5/15, he called and told them he would be late and they said ok. On 5/20 they repossessed him without having notice or anything. This person represented me and my daughter in an attempt to purchase a house and when it fell thru she stopped responding to my email. She left my escrow tied up and just walked away. Totally unprofessional. ...read more

This company referred a tenant to me who never paid. Claimed they did background check, charged $250.00 and really never did anything. Called owner when tenant did not pay and she just kept apologizing and not accepting that she really never checked the tenants credit as past judgements for non-payment of rent is on tenants credit file.
