I recently received a letter stating my refund check was issued in April and had not been cashed and would be voided if not cashed in x number of days. I went on line and I did not exist on the system. The next day i went to my local H&R Block office and told them my situation. I was immediately told that they needed to see the letter. I told them I just need you to locate the checks. The manager searched her data base and could only tell me that the check printed on 4/23/2010. She could not tell where it printed up and told me to check the larger office in the area and could do nothing else to help me because that office was not open on Thursday.How can a company this size not be able to track a check.
