February 2010 I had a water heater fail and flood my basement. I contacted Servicemaster of Gwinnett for the restoration. They were out promptly. They had one employee who worked very hard with equipment setup and removal of soggy carpet. That's the end of the good work. Other employees came by from time to time to oversee the guy working. Servicemaster hired subcontractors (more like substandard contractors)to reconstruct the damage. Work submitted to my Ins Co was not completed. When I asked about it all the Servicemaster employee did was complain about what the Ins Co would not pay for. Servicemaster charged $2986.79 for the water damage and $7864.94 for the reconstruction of my basement. I learned a valuable lesson, stay away from servicemaster. I will NOT use Servicemaster again.
