Brookwood Eyecare

The person that performed the eye exam was great. She took her time and made sure that I was sure about the lens I choose. I purchased the glasses and the order was submitted to the lab. The lab didn't have the frames I choose so Brookwood had to send them in which took a little longer. When the glasses came back they didn't have the anti glare on them. Had to send them back to the lab. Finally the glasses are done and I'm happy and can see!! Now I'm very, very careful with my glasses. I always put them in the case or protective sleeve. After 2 weeks the lenses were so scratched I couldn't wear the glasses. It was like a chemical was put on the lenses that was eating the lens, very strange. I email and call and go into the office only to be told that there is absolutely nothing they can do. Maybe give me a discount on another pair. WHAT?? I just ordered these, I only had them for 2 weeks. There is no way the protective scratch resistant coating was put on these lenses. I had a pair of glasses I purchased from Vision Works over 10 years ago that weren't as scratched as my new pair is. I will never ever be back to Brookwood / Birdsong Eye Care. ...read more

I had to go back like twice just so he could get my prescription right for my contacts. If you want my advice DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. ...read more
