I have an antique shop in Memphis, Tn. and in November ordered a painted buffet from Pacific Art & Frame. The buffet arrived and one of the doors had not been painted. I contacted them; I called them; I went to see them at the January market in Atlanta. It has now been six weeks and they have neither reimbursed me or sent the paint necessary to finis the piece. I paid $895.00 for this buffet, plus shipping. It is now my loss and they will not do anything to make this right. Their quality control is non existent as well as their customer service.
