When I first rented a storage unit at this facility, I purchased one of their locks to secure it. They provided a truck to move my stuff but when I got there to unload it, the lock on my unit had been changed. I had already hired movers and was forced to purchase a second unit to put the stuff in. I had to pay $100 for a locksmith to open my first unit because the management refused to cut the new lock that they had replaced on my unit. For the past year, I have been trying to negotiate a work-out plan to pay my balance but the management refused to give me anything in writing. This month, I was informed that my unit had actually been auctioned off in January, 2009 yet they continued to charge me for storage fees, auction fees and late fees up until the present. When I received a photo of my unit, I discovered that alot of my property had been removed. I called at the last minute and asked the guy if he had any trucks available, he informed me because it was the weekend he didn't have any left. He went out of his way and tracked one down and had it brought to that location, WOW I was impressed! I wound up getting storage there and parking my RV.
