I recommend this shop to my sisters because the first time I went their the owner was working the desk and he was very polite and informative. We loved it!!! Needless to say there is a manager there now that is very mean and his word is not worth two pennies! My sisters took my car a Cavalier and a Mercedes to get the oil changed. The Mercedes had not been changed in a while and it was making a ticking sound in the engine. The cavalier was right on schedule with the oil change. My sisters spent $150.00 for oil changes collectively for both cars. Needless to say they lied about changing the oil. My son was stuck on the side of the road because the car started smoking and shut off on him the SAME day the oil was changed. My husband and I got to him and checked the oil only to find out there was not a DROP of oil in the car. Once we put two quarts of oil in there it started right up and we took it home and parked it. Deceptive & Misleading; I went in and spoke with Kevin who said he would change my tire and gave me a price. My main concern was the condition of the remaining three tires. He wanted to know if I would pay him cash which he would then make my time much shorter. After having the black man perform the work on my tire and stating everything is good with the remaing tires I attempted to pay with my debit card, only to have Kevin state "I thought you would just pay me cash and we would not deal with an invoice." When I disagreed Kevin was rude and said just "forget it" and seemed to be somewhat agitated. In closing and more importantly my son was driving this truck two days later and the front tire blew out almost hitting someone head on. So much for affirmative action! Poor ... they broke TPMS sensors for air pressure... refused to calibrate after they broke it... and cost much more than money. Breakng safety devices and making light of it....amazing... how do they stay in business ...read more
