I called around to find the best deal on having tires installed on my bike. As a seminary student, I don't have a lot of disposable income. I was given an exact quote over the phone, but when I arrived the clerk at the counter doubled the price I was quoted. The new price was ridiculously high. I asked him if he was including other services I didn't want and he said it didn't matter, that's the lowest price. It was twice what I was told on the phone. I brought this to his attention and he completely ignored me. He was looking at a computer monitor the whole time and didn't even acknowledge what I had said, didn't even look up.
