Wish I could give a negative star rating .....I came in the establishment on a Friday evening. I got some pre-made cupcakes. For my birthday luncheon that I was having out of town. I got a dozen. I was so very embarrassed about the taste and quality of these disgusting cupcakes that I gave out to my guest. They were hard and tasted horrid. Being that I was out of town for my birthday/ holiday and they are closed on Sundays and Mondays I didn't get back in town until Wednesday evening and called to talk about my displease with service and quality Thursday. Where I didn't even get a simple apology. Just pretty much was called a liar and interrogated about why I waited so long to call and complain about the cupcakes. We recently ordered our wedding cake form this establishment. Needless to say it exceeded all expectations. All our guests remarked on the taste and were asking where did you find this cake, who did your cakes?? It was delightful to know everyone not only thought it was beautiful, but also delicious!!
