Thus far, I have been dealing with Goin' Postal in GRIFFIN, GA over a package they lost in January, '11. It is now May and they either return my calls and email slowly or not at all, promise to resolve the issue and then fail to follow up, and have not reimbursed me for shipping or the value of the shipped item. Additionally, they were wrong about the shipping requirements for the items to begin with, and misinformed me in this regard when originally arranging the shipment details.
